Free DHL delivery

Every lawn lute goes by tracked DHL delivery, free. There is no delivery charge at checkout.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland only. Checkout will not accept an address in another country, and that includes Northern Ireland.

How long it takes

Delivery within Ireland usually takes 3 to 4 business days. Rural or remote addresses and bank holidays can add a little time. If you need your order by a certain date, contact us before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.

Tracking

You will get an email with a DHL tracking number once your order is sent. If you do not see it, check your junk folder, then contact us. You can also follow your parcel on our track your parcel page.

Delivery instructions

If you need us to pass on delivery instructions, add them in the order notes when you check out.

Import VAT

If your parcel is sent to you from outside the EU, Irish import VAT can be due when it arrives. If you want to know whether any charge applies to your order, contact us before you order and we will tell you.

Address problems

Please check your delivery address carefully. If DHL cannot deliver because the address was wrong or incomplete and the parcel comes back to us, contact us and we will send it again or refund you.
